To maintain the high quality of this program we ask that you do your best to register for the most appropriate session dates suitable to your player. In the case of a necessary cancellation for any Program the following applies:
- 14 or more days prior to program start date will result in a refund of tuition less 20% of the tuition fee.
- 13-7 days prior to program start date will result in a refund of tuition less 35% of the tuition fee.
- 6 days prior to program start date up until program start date will result in a refund tuition less 50% of the tuition fee.
- NO refunds after program start date and time.
